Add Dynamic Macro Toggle using Tap Dance keymap to xd75 (#3297)

* Add Dynamic Macro Toggle using Tap Dance

One Tap    -> Play Macro 1
Two Taps   -> Stop Recording
Three Taps -> Start Recording Macro 1

* Move feature from default to dyn_macro_tap_dance

* Convert 4 space tabs to 2 space tabs

Follows qmk style guidelines
